Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Account Management professional to maintain and grow relationships with national/global retail accounts from the Dallas/Richardson area. You will collaborate with field sales and dealers on marketing initiatives, product placement, and store expansion, while supporting program development and training.

The role requires strong relationship-building and sales skills, with knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, sales tactics and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow business with assigned national or global retail accounts.
• Partner with retail customers on marketing initiatives, product placement, dealer relationships, and store expansion.
• Develop and implement retail program guidelines and training for field sales and participating dealers.
• Support the launch of consumer promotions and offers with retail partners.
• Contribute to the development and production of program literature, store displays, and collateral.
• Ensure timely resolution of end-consumer issues through collaboration with field sales, dealers, and retail partners.
• Recommend and implement strategies to increase profitable sales through retail channel partners.
