Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales leader to direct an internal sales team, drive customer quoting, and oversee end-to-end order processing in Richardson, TX. This role focuses on policy implementation, staff development, and cross-functional coordination to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree.
• Requires at least 8 years related experience.
• Requires at least 3 years’ experience as a manager.
• Must be able to train, evaluate, and direct the work of assigned employees.
• Requires ability to establish policies and manage business and operational aspects of inside sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
• Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for customer quoting, inquiries, issues, and complex requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee and guide team handling of quoting, customer inquiries, order processing, and product information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure proper review and understanding of customer-provided drawings and specifications across the team.
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of customer requests from inquiry through production and delivery.
• Oversee handling of order modifications, cancellations, and returns to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure consistent and disciplined quote follow-up processes, including reporting, status tracking, and coordination with third‑party vendors.
• Drive coordination and alignment across internal departments to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure customer data and records are accurately maintained within CRM systems.
• Establish expectations and accountability for accurate tracking of customer interactions and account activity in CRM tools.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance overall customer experience.
