Job summary

Lennox is hiring for a role that focuses on rapid quotation processing, accurate order management, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will coordinate bid dates, manage delivery changes, and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload to meet bid dates, emergency replacements, and product replacement needs.
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met across projects.
• Serve as liaison between customer service and internal/external customers.
• Process quotations and order management using CRM and SAP.
• Interpret and execute complex customer projects/expectations.
• Assist in coaching and developmental needs of team members.
• Promote team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Timely execution of Performance Management activities.
