Job summary

Lennox International, Allied Air Enterprises division, seeks a seasoned sales leader in Richardson, TX, to guide strategic sales initiatives and forecast-driven growth. This role interfaces with finance, HR, and marketing to shape incentive plans and sustain market expansion.

The candidate will leverage deep analytics, Excel mastery, and CRM tools to drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights, while leading cross-functional teams toward ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Requires at least 10 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP, Salesforce and Copilot knowledge a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales programs and projects.
• Create, produce and deliver sales forecasts, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate forecasting, planning, and budgeting across sales.
• Develop equitable sales quotas and analyze data to evaluate goals.
• Monitor reports and implement improvements to reporting tools.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Sales Management to develop incentive plans.
