Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to help steer our efforts to partner with retailers and CPGs across the United States. You will report to a Sr. Manager, Retail Partnerships and work flexibly across remote, in-office, and travel to merchant visits.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, collaboration with product teams, and rolling out hundreds of stores nationwide, with a focus on analytics, field testing, and driving operational efficiency for partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth startups.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools.
• Prior investment banking or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth initiatives for your Mx portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers & customers.
• Project manage the rollout of hundreds of stores across the country.
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers.
• Gather insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns.
