Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to steer retailer and CPG partnerships across North America. You will report to a Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships and balance remote work, in-office time, and travel to visit partners.

You will drive growth for the Mx portfolio, collaborate with product teams, and manage large-scale store rollouts while shaping marketing campaigns and extracting actionable insights from field tests.

Qualifications

6+ years in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in tech or growth startups.
Bachelor's degree required.
Business Development and/or Partnerships experience.
Experience with analytics and presentation tools.
Prior investment banking or consulting experience preferred.
Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, SQL).

Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth initiatives for the Mx portfolio.
Collaborate with internal product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers & customers.
Project manage rollout of hundreds of stores nationwide.
Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning, or churned customers.
Conduct field testing deliveries to gather insights on shopping patterns.
Lead special projects to improve partner operations and efficiency.
Synthesize insights to inform partner strategy and negotiations.
