Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking an Sr. Operations Coordinator - Retail to provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Regional and Neighborhood & Center management teams in Irvine, CA.

You will serve as a strategic liaison across departments to optimize asset management, prepare analytical reports, coordinate documents for approvals, and oversee expense reviews. The role involves managing executive calendars, producing weekly and quarterly reports, analyzing leasing data, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years providing executive support to senior leaders or multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• Proven ability to interact confidently with senior executives, retailers, and other professionals.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars and scheduling for direct supervisor, proactively resolving conflicts.
• Compile weekly executive reports detailing store openings/closings with data accuracy.
• Analyze weekly divisional leasing committee deals and flag discrepancies.
• Administer quarterly reports to the division president on capital projects and openings.
• Monitor compliance for mandatory training assignments and deadlines.
• Evaluate lease amendment requests for completeness and high-impact changes.
• Reconcile monthly procurement card expenses for senior leaders with policy compliance.
