Job summary

Irvine Company Office Properties is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic analytics. The role collaborates with asset management, leasing, operations, accounting, and corporate planning to deliver insights that drive performance and strategy.

Key duties include consolidating the five-year plan, quarterly forecasts, and executive reports, plus building and maintaining financial models in Excel, Argus, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and Excel modeling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of the annual five-year business plan, quarterly forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Assist in month-end financial and lease reporting, variance analysis, and executive messaging.
• Develop and maintain financial models using Excel, Argus, and Tableau.
• Support data management, automation, and BI platform development.
