Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue with major retailers across the Eastern Seaboard, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest regions.

The role requires leading complex solutions sales, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and procurement to align NCR Voyix offerings with client objectives. Strong SaaS/app software background and strategic funnel management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10 years + of related business and sales experience along with a proven track record of success selling technology in the retail vertical.
• In-depth experience and understanding of the retail market and related competition.
• Background in SaaS and/or Application Software – with an emphasis on creating volume and value.
• Demonstrated history of managing the sales process and developing a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and our company’s offerings.
• Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value from our company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and trust with cross functional teams that can impact your customer including Engineering, development, finance, legal and Professional Services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Sell solutions and services to major retailers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic region.
• Create and own executive relationships across marketing, operations, & IT to ensure full breadth of NCR Voyix’s portfolio is leveraged to solve customer business issues.
• Understand customer’s business objectives. Tie NCR Voyix solutions to their problems, ensuring NCR Voyix is viewed as a strategic partner.
• Develop account plans with measurable time-bound goals and objectives.
• Develop a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs with industry best practices and our offerings.
• Manage the sales process, identify opportunities, manage funnel & forecast, handle contract negotiations, and drive deployment of solutions.
