ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Director to lead emergency services and restoration projects from initial lead to closeout. The role demands client-facing leadership, precise estimating, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Project Director will manage scope development, communicate with customers and insurers, and drive profitability while maintaining compliance with codes and safety standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, management, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2–3 years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager with water, fire, mold, or reconstruction exposure.
• Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-loss projects.
• Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction, industry practices.
• IICRC, Xactimate, T&M Platforms, OSHA/Environmental certifications are beneficial.

Mansioni

• Develop detailed scopes of work from onsite inspections, images, and documentation using Xactimate.
• Validate scopes with insurers, consultants, and owners to ensure alignment before starting work.
• Ensure projects meet codes, standards, and safety protocols, coordinating with internal teams.
• Handoff to Project Managers, create budgets, set schedules, and identify labor strategies.
• Manage payment terms, progress billing, and collections; own project financials; review change orders for profitability.
