Job summary

ATI Restoration in Hayward, CA is seeking a Project Director to manage restoration projects through design, permitting and construction phases, and to lead site Project Managers.

You will own project financials, establish terms, coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and mentor estimators and PDs. Requires 5 years restoration experience and a proven track record in water, fire, and mold remediation.

Qualifications

• 5 years restoration experience.
• 3 years as Estimator or Project Manager with a disaster restoration company.
• 2+ years as a Project Director with strong performance in two most recent reviews.
• IICRC certification (all levels).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Reviews projects to ensure scope is documented and understood by the customer.
• Establishes budgets and manages project financials including pricing and costs.
• Directs Project Managers on payment terms and collections.
• Manages subcontractors and ensures quality workmanship.
• Mentors Project Estimators and Senior/Executive PDs as applicable.
