Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Director to manage projects of varying sizes through design, permitting and construction. You will lead site Project Managers, oversee project financials, establish terms, and guide a team of estimators.

Senior and Executive PDs mentor estimators and maintain strong client relationships. The role emphasizes independent leadership, adherence to safety policies, and coordination with customers to complete change orders and final punch lists on project

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years restoration experience.
• 3+ years as Estimator or Project Manager with a disaster restoration company.
• 2+ years as a Project Director with excellent performance ratings.
• 3+ years as a Senior Project Director with excellent performance ratings.

Responsibilities

• Reviews projects to ensure scope is clearly documented and understood by the customer.
• Establishes a budget for each project with budgeted gross margins.
• Manages project financials including pricing, costs, margins and budget creation.
• Directs Project Managers on payment terms and collections.
• Mentors Project Estimators and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures completion schedules are achievable and agreed with customers.
