Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Director to lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from lead through closeout. You will own scope development, estimates, client communications, financial outcomes, and overall project direction, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, adjusters, consultants, and TPAs, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, documented, and met

Qualifications

3–5 years restoration or construction experience.
Experience as Estimator or Project Manager with water, fire, mold or reconstruction.
Familiarity with mitigation and environmental services.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed scopes of work in Xactimate via onsite inspections and documentation.
Validate scopes with insurance adjusters, consultants, TPAs and property owners to ensure project alignment.
Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, industry standards, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with Project Managers to handoff jobs for production, create budgets, set schedules, and identify labor strategies.
Resolve scope discrepancies and customer concerns; ensure project documentation.
