Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a results-driven Project Director in Phoenix to lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from initial lead to closeout.

You will own scope development, estimating accuracy, customer communication, and overall project direction while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution. The role serves as the primary contact for customers, adjusters, consultants, and TPAs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2-3 years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in water, fire, mold or reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed scopes of work from on-site inspections, images, sketches and documentation.
• Validate scopes with insurance adjusters, consultants and owners for project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to hand off for production, create budgets and schedules.
• Protect project profitability by addressing scope changes and documenting requirements.
