SERVPRO® Team Bates/Hogan is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to expand SERVPRO’s footprint in local commercial and residential markets in Norman, OK. You will map target accounts, develop relationships with decision-makers, and establish SERVPRO as the go-to restoration partner.

The role requires a high-velocity routine of cold calls, site visits, and targeted follow-ups, with ERP documentation and vendor-list coordination to become the primary contact for regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-velocity daily rhythm of 15–20 new in-person cold calls and 15–20 strategic follow-ups.
• Visit insurance agencies, hotels, multi-family complexes, and commercial facilities to drop off marketing collateral and build brand familiarity.
• Identify facility managers and regional directors from public records for high-value targets.
• Input all leads and contact data into the designated Work Operating System in real time.
• Perform 12 ERP programs annually to document facility details before a disaster strike.
• Assist with Approved Vendor Lists for regional property groups to become the first call.
• Coordinate Continuing Education classes for local insurance adjusters and agents.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
