Wendy’s is seeking a Salaried Restaurant Manager in Missouri to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring premier guest experience and strong operational performance.

You will support the Restaurant Manager with team coaching, quality control, financial stewardship, and maintaining a safe, clean dining environment for guests and staff. Prior restaurant experience is a plus and may qualify you for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service setting is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees including Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
• Hire, train, and onboard staff, ensuring they understand roles, responsibilities, and standards.
• Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak and off-peak hours.
• Address employee issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing concerns professionally.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring the restaurant is stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
• Monitor performance including speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Enforce health, safety, food quality, and cleanliness policies and procedures.
• Review sales, labor, inventory reports to meet performance targets.
• Control costs by managing labor, food, and inventory while upholding quality.
• Handle cash management duties and deposits.
• Drive sales through promotions and customer retention strategies.
• Oversee inventory management and supplier coordination to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
