Wendy’s in Missouri Heights is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will recruit and coach a talented team, manage costs, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards of quality and service in a fast-paced setting. Reporting to the District Manager/Director of Operations, you will champion teamwork and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule, coach, and manage labor costs effectively.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop management and staff to achieve service excellence.
• Manage budgeting, food and labor costs, and profitability targets.
• Drive revenue through local promotions, marketing, and exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety, and audit requirements.
• Prepare regular reports for district/area management and implement improvement plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and strong teamwork.
