Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Resource Management (RM) Manager in Denver to optimize staffing by aligning qualified teams with client needs, balancing growth, and maximizing utilization. You will anticipate shortages, build trusted relationships with leadership, and provide data-driven insights to guide talent decisions.

You will monitor deployment data, advise on staffing strategies, and help maintain a streamlined experience across large engagements while leveraging reporting tools and staying attuned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm.
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across Technology/IT services.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in PowerBI is ideal.
• Strong executive presence and interpersonal relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs.
• Assess best-fit practitioners considering skills, goals, and staffing preferences using deployment tools.
• Advise service delivery teams on creative staffing solutions to improve quality, timeliness, or margin.
• Analyze deployment data and sales pipeline to understand engagements and future needs.
• Identify future demand surges and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and segment leads to mitigate misalignment.
• Support deployment needs for large cross-practice engagements and educate on Rules of Engagement.
• Maintain proficiency in deployment tools and reporting capabilities.
• Lead weekly staffing calls with leadership, presenting data insights and trends.
