Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Resource Management Manager in the United States to optimize staffing for client projects while balancing employee growth, client results, and business metrics. The role focuses on anticipating needs and partnering with leadership to fill open roles and minimize bench.

You will analyze deployment data, advise on staffing alternatives, and lead staffing discussions with senior leaders to align capacity with demand in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm
• 7+ years of experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across Technology, IT Services, or related domains

Responsibilities

• Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing needs and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy
• Utilize deployment data and one-on-one connects to assess best-fit practitioners based on skills and goals
• Advise Service Delivery teams on staffing solutions that improve quality, timeliness, or margin
• Maintain understanding of engagements and sales pipeline for the area by analyzing deployment data and gathering information from Service Delivery teams
• Identify future demand surges and supply shortages and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Segment leads to mitigate misalignment
• Support deployment needs for large cross-practice engagements with a collaborative approach and clear Rules of Engagement
• Maintain proficiency in deployment tools and reporting capabilities
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strategic thinking to advance RM function
• Lead weekly staffing calls with leaders, presenting data insights, trends, and resource status
