Job summary

Riveron seeks an experienced RM Manager to optimize staffing across the firm, aligning project needs with available talent and business goals. You will partner with leaders to minimize bench time while maximizing utilization and client results.

You will analyze deployment data, forecast demand, and propose staffing solutions, influencing Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition with strategic insights and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm.
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders across Technology, IT Services, or related technical domains.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in PowerBI is ideal.
• Strong executive presence and outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and develop staff members.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing needs and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy.
• Utilize deployment data to assess best-fit practitioners considering skills and goals.
• Advise Service Delivery teams on staffing solutions to improve quality, timeliness or margin.
• Maintain understanding of engagements and sales pipeline by analyzing deployment data and gathering information from Service Delivery teams.
• Identify future demand surges and work with Talent Acquisition to mitigate supply/demand misalignment.
• Support deployment needs for large cross-practice engagements and enforce engagement rules while collaborating across teams.
