Riveron is seeking a seasoned staffing leader to manage dedicated practice staffing, align resource allocation with client needs, and partner with leadership on workforce strategy. You will leverage deployment tools and data to forecast demand and optimize talent deployment across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm.
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders across Technology/IT Services.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in PowerBI is ideal.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and develop staff members.
• Strong confidentiality and executive presence when interacting with leadership.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in changing, dynamic environments.
• Ability to craft and deliver messages to diverse audiences, including client leadership.
• Interest in Riveron culture and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing needs and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy.
• Advise Service Delivery teams on staffing solutions to improve quality, timeliness, or margin.
• Maintain understanding of portfolio engagements and sales pipeline for the designated business area by analyzing deployment data and gathering information from Service Delivery teams.
• Identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and industry, and partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to develop mitigation recommendations.
• Support deployment needs for large, cross-practice engagements with a collaborative mindset and adherence to Rules of Engagement.
• Maintain proficiency in deployment tools and reporting capabilities.
• Lead weekly staffing calls with leaders, presenting data insights, trends, and status of open needs.
• Traveling minimally (less than 10%).
