Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm.
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs.
• Assess best-fit practitioners using deployment data, skills, and goals.
• Advise deployment teams on staffing solutions to improve quality, timeliness, or margin.
• Analyze deployment data and forecast demand to align supply with business needs.
• Lead weekly staffing calls with leaders, presenting data insights and trends.
• Maintain proficiency in deployment tools and reporting capabilities.
• Travel less than 10%.
