Riveron is seeking a Resource Management Manager in Washington, DC, to strategically align staffing with client needs, project timelines, and business goals. The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and proactive bench management to maximize utilization.

You will partner with executive leadership and Service Delivery to balance growth, client results, and profitability while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm.
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across Technology/IT services.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in PowerBI is ideal.
• Strong executive presence and outstanding interpersonal relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and develop staff.
• Confidential, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs.
• Assess best-fit practitioners using skills, goals, and staffing preferences.
• Advise Service Delivery teams on staffing solutions to improve quality, timeliness, or margin.
• Analyze deployment data and maintain understanding of engagements and sales pipeline.
• Identify future demand surges and partner with Talent Acquisition to mitigate imbalances.
• Support deployment needs for large cross-practice engagements with a collaborative mindset.
• Maintain proficiency in deployment tools and reporting capabilities.
• Lead weekly staffing calls with leaders, sharing data insights and forecasts.
• Travel less than 10%.
