- Broad residential leasing knowledge expected.
- Proven customer service experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills expected.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to maintain a robust tenant pipeline.
- Conduct property tours, initiate leases, and negotiate lease terms within guidelines.
- Oversee lease signings, move-in documentation, and security deposits.
- Provide exceptional resident service to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with market leadership to address resident needs and trends.
