Ideal candidates hold an active real estate license affiliated with Invitation Homes, bring broad residential leasing knowledge, and excel in organization, communication and customer service. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate license required and affiliated with Invitation Homes as the designated brokerage.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge with focus on occupancy, revenue and retention.
• Proven experience in customer service and ability to manage a client pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to maintain an effective client pipeline.
• Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and secure move-in funds.
• Coordinate showings, respond to inquiries, and maintain resident relationships.
