Job summary

EAB is seeking a Strategic Leader (Associate Director Level) in Research Partner Success based in Washington, DC. You will build relationships with university presidents, provosts, chief business officers and other leaders to drive adoption of EAB research and services and to secure partnership renewal and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years’ post-undergraduate experience in client/account management or related fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and operate with multiple institutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with university executives and campus leaders to secure trusted partner status.
• Collaborate across research, renewal, sales and product teams to serve partners holistically.
• Develop industry knowledge and provide guidance based on best practices.
• Lead state of the industry presentations for university boards and cabinets.
• Map partner priorities to EAB research and services; create actionable success plans.
• Drive partner onboarding and ongoing utilization; report on health and renewal metrics.
• Participate in quarterly commercial reviews and contribute to growth targets.
