Job summary

EAB in Washington, DC seeks a Strategic Leader (Associate Director Level) for Research Partner Success to manage senior university relationships and deploy EAB research and services for renewal and growth. This role will work with Presidents, Provosts, and other executives to align institutional priorities with EAB offerings.

Based in DC, exceptional remote candidates across the continental US will be considered. Travel up to 30% is expected to engage boards, councils, and campus leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of post-undergraduate experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Proven client or account management experience.
• Proven leadership and consulting/service delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with university executives and campus leaders.
• Collaborate with research, renewal, sales, and product teams to serve partners holistically.
• Develop knowledge of student success, DEIJ, and financial sustainability.
• Lead state of the industry presentations for university boards and cabinets.
• Provide partners with guidance based on research best practices.
