Job summary

EAB seeks a Strategic Leader – Student Success, Associate Director in Washington, DC to drive adoption of our Student Success technology across partner campuses. You’ll partner with college and university leaders to set strategic goals, embed our solutions, and ensure meaningful use that boosts retention and graduation outcomes.

You’ll coordinate with campus executives, deliver annual Success Plans, contribute to research and best practices, and guide change management while nurturing renewals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in two of: Consulting, Customer Success Management, working with executives.
• Presentation and facilitation experience.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% domestically.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationship with universities and colleges utilizing EAB’s Student Success technology, from onboarding to continued adoption and utilization.
• Consult with campus executives on establishing and maintaining an effective leadership team responsible for success of the Student Success Technology, setting expectations for utilization and accountability.
• Assess student support workflows and processes across campus; identify opportunities to integrate the platform into advising, tutoring, and other services.
• Collaborate with campus leaders on change management strategies.
• Partner with EAB technical/data support staff and launch consultants to ensure smooth implementation of the platform.
• Understand campus workflow priorities and collaborate with internal teams to tailor resources and offerings that boost adoption.
• Provide presentations, workshops, and resources on EAB’s research and insights.
• Monitor partnership health and craft renewal and cross-sell strategies.
