EAB in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Director, Partner Development Manager to lead a high-performing team driving revenue from a spectrum of higher education solutions. You will own business development, coach a sales force, and partner with product marketing to shape go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• 8–10+ years in sales or account management with proven team leadership.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage a team.
• Experience in the education industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Product Revenue Management: lead new business development for a complex product line.
• People and Team Leadership: build and manage a Partner Development Team and coach staff.
• Strategic Sales Process Management: establish a high-functioning sales process across the team.
• Marketing and Revenue Strategy: define sales strategy and collaborate with product marketing on collateral.
• Market Knowledge: develop expertise in higher education issues and EAB offerings.
• Revenue Reporting: report revenue projections and team results to senior leadership.
