EAB, a leading provider of research and advisory services to higher education, is hiring an Associate Director for Research Advisory Services. This role partners with university leaders to deliver data-driven insights and strategic guidance across campuses, boards, and senior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and 5+ years of post‑graduate experience or 4+ with an advanced degree.
• Experience working with client executives at colleges, universities, districts, or schools, or as a consultant or advisor.
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create compelling narratives through data visualization, graphics, and slides.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration with senior‑level executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain issue expertise across university leadership topics, including strategy, advancement, fundraising, campaign readiness, and donor engagement.
• Leverage EAB’s insights, best practices, tools, and data to help partners make decisions, implement best practices, and understand market trends.
• Diagnose partner problems, challenge assumptions, guide decisions, and suggest solutions through phone consultations, virtual meetings, conferences, and campus presentations.
