EAB seeks an Associate Director for Research Advisory Services to drive research initiatives and deliver high-impact insights to higher education and K-12 executives. You will work with boards, presidents, and senior leaders to translate data into actionable strategy, with frequent client-facing delivery and a focus on transforming institutional outcomes.

The role involves heavy travel (40–50%) and substantial time in the market (80%), with potential remote placement within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Experience working with client executives at colleges/universities or as a consultant
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to create a compelling narrative through data visualization, graphics, and slides
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration with senior-level executives
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of post-graduate experience or 4+ years with advanced degree

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain issue expertise across research terrains for university leadership teams
• Present insights to partners and advocate for adoption of recommendations
• Support sales in new partner development and engage with boards and senior leaders
• Lead market-facing engagements 80% of the time with 40–50% travel
