Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in Sacramento seeks a Resident Director to lead the renewal leasing program, partner with the Property and Regional Managers to hit occupancy targets, and deliver outstanding resident service and retention programs.

You will mentor the leasing staff, recruit and interview personnel, build relationships with universities, ensure compliance, and oversee renewal paperwork and move-in/out processes to sustain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing experience in multifamily or off-campus student housing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or proven success in Leasing Manager role preferred.
• Sales and/or management experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal leasing program and set renewal goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents and prospects.
• Coordinate recruiting and interviewing efforts for staff.
• Build relationships with universities and local organizations through events.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company standards.
