PeakMade Real Estate, Atlanta-based real estate company, seeks a Resident Director to lead the renewal leasing program for off-campus student housing and multi-family communities. You will collaborate with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to set renewal goals, develop strategic plans, and deliver outstanding resident service to maximize occupancy.

You will mentor the leasing staff, manage relations with universities, and ensure adherence to safety and branding standards while driving

Competenze

• Leasing experience in multifamily or off-campus housing preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, prospects and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with branding, programs and marketing goals.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing of personnel.
• Build relationships with Universities and local organizations.
• Lead on-site staff and ensure safety programs are followed.
• Drive renewal programs to achieve occupancy targets.
• Prepare lease-related paperwork and processing.
• Manage renewal paperwork for residents and guarantors.
• Lead staff training and group sessions.
