Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for our student housing community. You’ll collaborate with the property manager to run events, campaigns, and resident programs that align with the PeakMade brand.

You’ll hire and develop leasing staff, provide excellent customer service, conduct property tours, and drive occupancy and retention through innovative digital and in-person strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leasing off-campus student housing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade to residents.
• Plan, prepare and implement lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours onsite to prospects and address needs before they arise.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments via in person, phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and collect deposits as needed.
