Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in Reno, NV is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead on-site leasing and marketing for its student housing communities. You will recruit, develop, and supervise leasing staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and coordinate lease ups, events, and resident programs onsite.

You will drive digital execution, manage social media, create engaging flyers, and collaborate with the property manager to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals while upholding PeakMade brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred; weekend/evening availability helpful.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping college students find housing.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; participate in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade positively.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew apartments in person, by phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits as needed.
• Support digital execution and social media presence.
• Contribute to annual marketing plans and stay within budget.
