Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Resident Director to lead the renewal leasing program for off-campus student housing and multifamily communities. You will work with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to set renewal goals, develop strategic plans, and drive occupancy while delivering outstanding resident service.

You’ll mentor leasing staff, utilize Entrata, and collaborate with local universities to build retention programs and achieve budgeted occupancy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leasing experience in multifamily or student housing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or proven success in Leasing Manager position preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high energy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service with residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Lead renewal programs to increase occupancy and retention.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing of personnel.
• Build relationships with universities and local orgs; present and engage.
• Ensure safety programs and on-site staff adherence to policies.
• Prepare lease paperwork and renewals; manage renewal process.
