Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in Madison, WI is seeking a Resident Director to lead the renewal leasing program and drive occupancy goals. You will mentor the leasing staff, partner with the Property Manager and Regional Manager, and ensure excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating renewal strategies, screening applicants, managing leases and renewals, building campus relationships, and ensuring safety and compliance while meeting budgeted occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-family housing, hospitality, or retail industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal leasing program and set renewal goals.
• Maintain high level of resident service and retention.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing staff.
• Build relationships with universities and local organizations.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and renewal processing.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company standards.
• Drive marketing and retention strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Conduct team meetings and staff training.
• Monitor renewal progress and staff scheduling.
