Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Sales and Revenue Manager to lead on-site leasing and revenue strategies for a student housing community. You will guide the sales team, analyze market trends, and partner with property and regional leadership to hit occupancy, renewal, and revenue goals.

The role requires 3+ years in student housing or high-volume sales, with proven leadership experience and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing, multifamily, hospitality, or high-volume sales.
• 1+ year leading, supervising, or coaching a sales or leasing team.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing, occupancy, renewal, or revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion strategies.
• Experience presenting performance data and recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with occupancy, revenue, and renewal goals.
• Monitor leasing performance, identify risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, concessions, revenue management, and market positioning.
• Oversee the lead lifecycle from inquiry through signed lease.
• Monitor response times, conversion metrics, and follow-up quality to maximize closing rates.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop leasing team members.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and events tied to leasing objectives.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions, and customer trends to adjust strategy.
• Lead renewal strategies through targeted messaging and resident segmentation.
• Prepare leasing reports and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
