Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in Reno seeks an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing efforts, partnering with the property manager to drive revenue, occupancy, resident experience, and retention. You will mentor the leasing team and ensure events and campaigns reflect the PeakMade brand.

Daily, you’ll deliver informative property tours, coordinate lease-ups, and manage online reputation while using social platforms and Microsoft Office to create engaging materials and attract college

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop full-time and part-time leasing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service as a PeakMade representative.
• Plan and implement lease up events, resident programs and campaigns.
• Give property tours to prospects onsite and address needs proactively.
• Lease and renew apartments in person, by phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits.
