PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an Onsite Leasing Manager in California to drive leasing and marketing efforts across multiple properties. You will collaborate with the property manager to plan events and campaigns that align with the PeakMade brand, while leading a team to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

You will manage leasing operations, oversee resident programs, and use social media and digital tools to boost property visibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication skills fostering connection and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and development.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade publicly.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours onsite and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew apartments via in-person, phone, or online channels.
• Assist with move-in/out events and collect deposits as needed.
