Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive net new logo sales of its full product suite to local SMBs in the commercial construction sector. The role focuses on new business development, revenue growth, and managing a pipeline from prospect to close.

The position is full-time, remote, with travel as needed, and reports to the Director, Regional Sales. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
• Proven high-velocity inside sales experience selling to SMB customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities from prospect to close.
• Pursue leads within territory defined by geography.
• Understand products, services, and markets to engage prospects.
• Identify decision makers and present Dodge solutions.
• Follow-up to close new business and meet quotas.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales to identify opportunities and contacts.
• Conduct meetings in person, by phone, and online to close deals.
• Update CRM with pipeline, stage, forecast, and values.
• Send proposals and process contracts through company systems.
