Placements24 is hiring a Remote Event Catering Coordinator who can manage nationwide catering projects from a home office. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through menu selections, timelines, and on-time delivery.

Working remotely, you will coordinate with culinary, logistics, and service teams, maintain client databases, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining profitability and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or catering management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional and engaging tone.
• Proficient in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, managing all communication related to their catering events.
• Oversee the planning and execution of catering events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal culinary, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Source and manage relationships with third-party vendors for event needs.
• Ensure all events adhere to company standards for quality, service, and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and event documentation in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure client satisfaction.
