Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in strategic planning, operations management or business analysis in catering, hospitality, or food service.

• Strong understanding of catering operations including logistics, supply chain, quality control and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize catering operations focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and quality.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of catering operations, including logistics, supply chain, quality control, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels remotely.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and relevant business intelligence software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion in a remote environment.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is highly advantageous.
