Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Services professional in Kentucky to provide pro-active support to retirement plan clients across channels. You will interpret plan documents, perform calculations, and prepare reports for plan sponsors, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

Through collaboration with advisors and internal teams, you will resolve inquiries, demonstrate web-based tools, assist with payroll items, and help coordinate plan compliance testing, travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of total experience in Retirement Services, with emphasis in daily 401(k), 403(b) or IRA.
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to clients through multiple channels (phone, letters, emails) to resolve requests.
• Pro-actively engage with clients/advisors to retain and strengthen relationships.
• Interpret plan documents for client plan administration.
• Provide calculations and reports to plan sponsors; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with web-based applications and deliver demonstrations for advisors and sponsors.
• Coordinate payroll item corrections and plan distributions.
• Coordinate plan compliance testing with the compliance team.
• Support sales efforts and promote cross-sell opportunities as needed.
