The candidate will handle calculations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate reporting and compliance tasks within established policies. A strong Excel skill set and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or combination of education and industry experience.
• 3–5 years of total experience in Retirement Services, with emphasis in the daily 401(k) environment.
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support through multiple channels (phone, letters, emails) to resolve requests quickly.
• Proactively engage assigned clients and advisors to promote retention and strong relationships.
• Interpret plan documents for client plan administration and provide calculations and plan sponsor communications.
• Assist with web-based applications and deliver demonstrations for financial advisors and plan sponsors.
