Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering retirement savings plans in the United States. The role focuses on delivering proactive client support, plan administration, and accurate communications for retirement plan sponsors and advisors.

Ideal candidates will have a business-related degree and 3–5 years in Retirement Services with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Travel around 10% is expected as part of client service and sales activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field or combination of education and industry experience.
• 3-5 years of total experience in Retirement Services, with emphasis in the daily 401(k) environment, 403b or IRA areas.
• Strong MS Office skills with an emphasis in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support to clients through multiple channels (phone, letters, emails) to resolve requests quickly.
• Maintains proactive relationships with clients and advisors to enhance retention and engagement.
• Interprets plan documents for client plan administration.
• Calculates and communicates plan actions, answers inquiries, and prepares reports for plan sponsors.
• Assists plan sponsors and intermediaries with web-based applications and demonstrates web tools for financial advisors and plan sponsors.
• Coordinates payroll funding and distribution requests with clients.
• Coordinates plan compliance testing with the compliance team.
• Participates in sales presentations and cross-sell opportunities as needed.
