Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform enabling savings plans across America, seeks a Senior Client Relationship Manager in Saint Paul to serve as the primary liaison for large advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.

You will manage and protect confidential data, foster client satisfaction, and drive plan retention through strategic coordination with internal teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in retirement services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' direct client relationships within a financial services environment.
• Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) preferred.
• Able to work independently and within a cohesive team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Protect, secure, and handle confidential data to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
• Demonstrate proactive client focus and teamwork.
• Promote client satisfaction to drive retention and growth.
• Develop relationships with client contacts and financial professionals.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to resolve client issues.
• Review book of business to enhance plan retention and engagement.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate stakeholders on products and services.
• Lead projects creating value for existing relationships.
• Travel as required to meet with clients and advisors.
