Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Executive Director in Merchant Services to lead a team of Relationship Managers handling large corporate portfolios. You will coach, guide, and align strategy while directly managing select key client relationships and driving payments optimization across the organization.

You will recruit and develop talent, set performance expectations, and champion cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional client value and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management or sales.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Experience working with C-suite clients in Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across stakeholder groups.
• Experience in payments processing or merchant services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Oversee team portfolio management, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Foster collaboration within the team and across the CB organization.
• Support Relationships Managers in complex negotiations and client retention.
• Contribute to strategic direction and process improvements across the organization.
• Directly manage select high-value client relationships as needed.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver consistent client support.
