You will partner with cross-functional teams to launch offerings, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences while focusing on scalability, growth, and KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy roles with a technology or payments focus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and executive reviews.
• Ability to translate business needs into strategic plans.
• Advanced PowerPoint and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive decision-making processes with executive leaders.
• Collaborate to build program delivery strategy and platform vision for Merchant Services that delivers value to customers.
• Build, implement, and own a detailed payments product investment roadmap.
• Prepare and lead executive meetings on the roadmap and prioritization.
• Create compelling presentations for 1–2 year plans.
• Document strategic planning steps, timelines, and requirements.
• Use Excel to analyze data and derive strategic insights.
• Manage multiple projects across concurrent initiatives.
• Foster a team-oriented mindset across the organization.
• Communicate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
