Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in New York seeks an Executive Director to lead Payments Operations, shaping strategy and delivering executive-grade analysis and reporting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, finance and analytics to drive performance and accountability.

As a senior leader, you will own budgeting, forecasting, capacity modeling, and data integrity, partnering with senior executives and business managers to inform strategic decisions and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Advanced presentation and storytelling to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical skills transforming large datasets into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with ownership and independence to drive outcomes with quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Payments Operations and F&BM leadership, shaping and communicating strategy, projections, and trends through executive-level presentations.
• Design monthly and quarterly business and financial reporting packages conveying results clearly for varied audiences.
• Coordinate deliverables across business management, finance, operations, and product teams to support priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze complex, large-scale datasets to produce insights and executive-ready materials; translate analysis into clear narratives and visuals.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for headcount and direct expenses with Operations and F&BM teams.
• Build and enhance capacity models and activity-based costing for allocations and profitability insights.
• Strengthen financial controls and data integrity to enable confident decisions by senior stakeholders.
